Execution

The principality of Liechtenstein has only concluded agreements with the Republic of Austria and with the Swiss Confederation concerning the recognition and execution of judicial decisions and arbitration awards in civil cases.

The execution of certain legal instruments, which must have been issued under exactly defined pre-requisites, is possible in the other country.

Such agreements were not concluded with other countries and are not planned at present either from the point of view of Liechtenstein. Nor is Liechtenstein a member of the Lugano Agreement.
